Happy Mother´s Day

Maybe Milton can write scribble this down himself next year. So far I'll have to do it for him. All I have to do is to look at photos of him and mom and figure it out by myself... I think I am on the right track.

Kids & Barbeque

Yesterday the heat was overwhelming. Clear skies and pressing sun. That doesn´t mean we can´t meet and enjoy it together. Our new friends (and neighbours) Fredrik and Sandra with their daughter Maja invited us to barbeque with them and friends and of course we accepted. Milton had to use his sunscreen +50 for the first time. The sun was a killer. He drank water on and off the whole time. The kids had a bucket of water with plastic cups and such to play with. The kids seemed to enjoy this day a lot. Milton was the only boy, not counting Denver and another infant.

Finland On Their Own

Dad went to Jordan with work. Mom, Milton and Denver went to Finland to visit great grandmother Elli and great grandfather Erkki. What I have been told the trip went great. Mom had the company of grandmother Päivi and grandfather Houshang. The picture is taken on the boat. Ohhh, the wig is mom´s fault. I wash my hands :)

Walking The Trail

The other day, after Milton's nap and snack, we took a walk down to the lake. Milton hasn't really been around water much lately. He was a bit to young to remember the trip in granddad's boat and I wanted to show him boats and birds. He seemed very interested pointing at the boats and birds the whole time.

Double Up

A week ago I took the first photo of the brothers together in the backseat. No surprice that they both slept. The car is like a sleeping pill for kids. Give it a few years and I will have to buy a chock-gun to calm them down while I drive.

Pushing The Wagon

The other day Milton played in the park and I got a bit impressed that he could push and balance a wheelbarrow. He's been pushing stuff for a long time but balancing was new. I just got a few seconds on camera but still..

Daddy VS Son

I just had to take a photo of Milton while he was playing with the puzzle I also played with when I was a kid. I was a little bit older but still :)

Birthday Celebration

AC turned another year and we all went to congrat her. I would guess that we were about 20 people eating their food and relaxing. While Denver mostly slept, Milton ran around and around playing with his cousins, Lova and Wilda. Wilda has really grown. She's almost as big as Milton. Think that soon they will be able to play on equal terms... and Denver won't be far after.

I still can't believe how curly Milton's hair is :)

Baby Daddy

I found some old photos of me when I was younger. It would be fun to compare my old me with my kids. Right now I can't see the resemblence very much..

Curly

Milton's hair is getting curlier and curlier. Since I am not aloud to cut his hair it will be interesting to see what his hair will look like in a few months when it's even longer.

More Aqua

Well.. the days are pretty much routine by now. I don't have that many new adventures for Milton right now so I just took some photos with my cell of Milton in his favorite place, the bath. As a side note.. His curly hair really grows fast.

Just A Little Bit Tired

The other day Milton came home from the open pre-school. Usually he eats at the school but this day we didn't. I sat him down to eat before his nap.. I was to late :)

Patriot Milton

Yesterday Milton met great grandmother and grandmother. They came to see Denver so sadly Milton became nr 2. Luckily he will always be nr 1 together with his little brother, Denver, because they both are equally loved by mom and dad.

Later in the evening Milton watched Sweden beat Switzerland in the icehockey World Cup taking us the quarter finals in his Swedish T-shirt.

A hint.. It's not from the bathroom and it's not something he got from us. He found and stole a run-a-way.. something.. (PS I blame mom :) ... The sofa wasn't nice to look at after he was done but it's only.. ?.. something :)

On the Wagon

Yesterday Milton shared his new stroller. Our neighbour and I walked together to the open pre-school so we put his daugther Maja next to Milton to see what they would do. They play a lot at the same place but never with each other. Milton seemed happy, Maja seemed more "what?",
-"Why did you put me next to this guy?"

Later at pre-school they read together.
