Double Up

The bathbucket might not be very big but it holds two little boys. Problem is that the water level is to high for little Denver. Milton doesn´t want to bath in kneedeep water so our double up bath time didn´t really work unless we held Denver. Well we had to try since they obviously love each other :)

They were still very cute (and crowded). I guess it´s a much larger bucket or a real bathtube that´s our next option :)

Neighbours & Godmom

A normal day after work but today after dinner godmom, Anna, and neighbours, Fredrik and Maja, came by. It was fun for Milton who loves Maja and says so a lot :) They stayed for an hour and then went home. Like I sayed.. a calm normal day after work.

Broken Sink Dinner

What´s a "Broken Sink Dinner" ? Well, our sink broke (started to leek) so we invited Mummi and Baba bozorg to our place for dinner. They brought the meat because the idea from the beginning was to eat at their place but since our sink broke and baba bozorg could fix it, the dinner ended up at our place. Especially since the meat was already on the way into the oven at their place :)

Mummi came with gifts. Milton got a new book about a blue tractor. He loves his tractors :) Denver pinched baba bozorg in the face and talked a lot. Milton also got another lesson in Farsi like everytime we meet baba bozorg. Milton know quite a few farsi words now. I love the fact that my kids will learn another language. Hopefully Mummi will start to talk Finnish with the kids too. In general the boys were pretty active. Later on both slept like babies.. wait a minute.. they are babies :)

Splashing Brothers

This weekend is the last weekend using summertime. Sunday everything switches to wintertime, 1 hour back on the clock. We get to sleep 1 hour more but in return it get darker quicker. This dark time we went to a bathhouse with the entire family. We wanted to bring friends and cousins also but sickness and time prevented it.

Milton has done this before (see link below) but for Denver this was his first time. I took care of Milton and mom took care of Denver. In the looker room Milton was really uncomfortable. He didn´t like all the people so as soon as I let him go to undress or take care of our stuff he started to cry. After the hiddeous experience we went to the kiddypool and Milton smiled, pointed and said "Bada" (bathe). He walked around, splashed, went on waterslides and just had fun in general. Denver came in 5-10 minutes after us. First they ate a snack and then they joined us. This was Denver´s first time and he loved it just like Milton did and do. He smiled and looked around the whole time. When I put him over a small hole that blew out bubbles next to a small waterfall he splashed and grunted :) I would say that it was a success.

Eating Entrails

Milton has finally eating an old Swedish dish which is not to different from the Scottish dish, Haggis. Haggis is a stuffed sheeps belly with interesting ingredients while Pölsa is animal entrails and other parts grinded into a big mush. It´s cooked, salted and served. I, myself love it but todays youth don´t usually like it much. I guess I can´t blame the kids.. Why eat entrails when you can eat McDonalds :)

Did Milton like it ? Yes, he seemed to love it.. He ate it all :)

2 Kids And A Belly

Godfather with his better half came by for dinner yesterday. We haven´t seen her pregnant belly for some time now. She´s past six month now so she´s got 1/3 of the time left. They don´t know the sex yet but they have names for both. Last time I heard them it was Vesper (girl) and Rudolf (boy). Unless something happens, this will be my first and possibly my only godchild. I don´t know how much Milton or Denver understood what her belly is all about.. Well, I can say that Denver doesn´t have a clue but maybe Milton does. We ate, drank and played a Wii game. We bought it at the grocery store earlier the same day. It´s somekind of gameshow game.

Do We Look Like Brothers ?

I haven´t taken many "brothers"-photos so I have to start doing that. I like to see them next to each other. That way it´s easier to see the resemblance. I mean.. do they look like brothers at all ? IRL when Milton runs around and Denver moves around it´s hard to see.

A Visit From AA

Noo.. not Alcoholics Anonymous.. Aunt Anna came by to say Hi. She needed a break from studying. What better why then to visit her brothers kids... and bring gifts :) AA´s almost made it a habit to bring gifts on her visits. Milton got a blue hood sweater and loved it. Denver got a brown tiger dress. He looked like a small bear :) I'm sure he liked it also.. He´s not very chatty yet so I have to read his bodylanguage.

Didn't Know..

.. that our son´s were so popular, but who can blame people for loving them ?

I see them everywere I look.

Birthday With Company

Mom´s cousin Damon just turned 30 so he´s having a party. Mom´s going to the party while dad (read I) am staying at home with the boys, but we are not alone. We have cousins, uncle, mummi, baba bozorg and AC right here with us. While mom goes out to have some well deserved fun we will have some for ourselves.

Before we got company we sat and watched "Tarzan 2" animated version. Both Milton and Denver was sooo concentrated.

Two Visitors

We got a quick visit from grandfather (my side) and his wife, Marianne. They´re in Stockholm for a knee surgery, hers, and after that they will go back to Dalarna where they live most of the time now.

They just came back from Brussels with chocolates :) Need I say more :) Yum Yum

Once upon a time...

...there was a litte boy with long, curly hair called Milton. One day the boy decided to go to the enchanted castle in Solna. Along came his baby brother Denver who held magical powers! He could put a smile on everybodys face!

For the little boys to get to the castle in Solna, they had to take the magical red bus.

In the enchanted castle there was a friendly old trol...

Scary bears..

a fairy princess :)

...and a gready turkish warlock who wanted to get the boys beautiful hair. The warlock put a spell on the princess, a spell that made her take the boys to him. The friendly trol could predict what would happen and ran off with Denver, saving his hair. Unfortunately the warlock allured big brother Milton with candy... and cut his curly hair off!!

Luckily baby brother Denver could use his magical powers and make Milton smile again!
