or in english - Lightly smoked pork loin. Denver´s first time eating it. It´s one of my favorite meat. Cold "kassler".. I could eat it as a snack.. like bread sticks.. or as a hot dog (without the ketchup and mustard :)
No big happenings about this, both boys ate it and didn´t say much
