Snail Attack

My job today was to clean the horse trailer. It´s really filthy. It took about 5 hours. Milton and Denver walked around looking at stuff. Milton got his hands on some snails. He loved to pick them up, mom didn´t :)

Don´t know what this is but it sure looks weird. What´s that white stuff ? Are they mating ?
