Dad´s arm (that´s me) has been a mess since last october. I´ve been massaging, training and worn support for the last two months but it hasn´t improved anything. Today I took the boys with me and went to a doctor. She gave me some anti-inflammatory agents in pills for me to eat.. 200 of them. 1-2 per time 3 times a day for as long as I need it. She also told me not to lift stuff and use my arm to a minimum (right one).. I guess I need to tell mom she need to do everything for now and the next 6 months :)
Milton and Denver loves the train table at the doctors office but Denver makes the sound of a car when he drives the train :) After the doctor we took our 3rd trip to their pre-school to be in august. They are starting to feel comfortable with the surroundings and that´s the whole idea :)
