Did I lose you...? :) I almost lost myself.

The thing is that we´re looking for a house as anyone who follows this blog knows. I had selected 8 houses and booked showings. Once Elina looked them over we had 5 houses left and during the day we dropped 2 more so we only had 3 houses to look at. Then a broker called about a house that I was late to and "forgot" so that made it 4 houses again. Then around 15:00 another broker called from one of the houses we dropped asking when I´ll be there. I said I thought it was an open showing since it was on the web. He told me No and that he has to put it up.. so I went and that made it 5 houses :)

The last house was great but the situation made it a problem to buy it. We still hope for the houses we are suppose to write a contract on tomorrow.

Atleast we got a full day together and we ended it up at mummi´s with Milton and Denver´s cousins. Play, fun and food closed this day, a good day :)

Smålandsvägen was a linked house. The house was nice but the neighbours seemed lazy because the general area looked like people didn´t put much time in their houses and yards.

Ljungvägen was a great contender as our backup house. It was very nice inside but some parts wasn´t finished yet. The area and the neighbours seemed nice with mostly well taken care of houses and yards.

There were horses almost right at the backyard.

Viggby was an old 1930´s house with tons of feeling. Well taken care of and much was renovated. The owners had also put down a lot of money for a new heat system and fixed the base of the house which had some issues during a survey. The kitchen was great with a very old working wooden stove.

It also had a nice installment for two dogs in the backyard with two small houses for the dogs.

The front had a guest house, small gravel tracks, a greenhouse, a pond and of course a garage.

The house was mostly timber except a newer part that had been built in general wood. It kind of reminded me of a summer house or a hunting cabin. It was very cool and had two fireplaces but the owners couldn´t/wouldn´t/shouldn´t go down another 100.000sek which was our budget. It was my top choice after the house we are suppose to sign a contract on tomorrow. If we sign tomorrow, these houses will just have been a picnic trip.

So far Denver seems to "play" with himself.
