Red Currant

Not long until harvest. Our red currant bushes are not far from being mature. Some are already but some needs a week or two longer. I taught Milton and Denver which once they could eat.

Now we just have to wait for the black currant bushes to catch up.

Another Hot Day

Still weeken, still very very hot. All you can do is walk around and do nothing. It's to hot to do stuff and it's to hot to be inside :) A road trip to Mummi's and back home again.

The dancing is over (not that we actually dance, but we looked and laughed :). We're back at Mummi's house for some family recreation. Midsummer dinner and family love. Barb-b-que's a must and the weather's so not Swedish, Perfect! Usually midsummer equals rain. This year our swedish frog-dance must have scared off the rain gods.

Midsummer 2011

The summer has barely started and now.. now it's half-time. Totally blows but thinking positive, our "cup" is still half full :)

Milton and Denver got to celebrate this midsummer pretty much lika last year with their cousins, Lova and Wilda.

Dad's Got A New Phone

My old one started to act up. Unpredicable and the camera started to produce really shitty pictures. My new phone's a Samsung Galaxy S II. It's really good at... everything.

Long Time No See

Wow, I can't remember when Denver was sick last time. His first year in life he was sick the whole or so it felt, but this year he's been doing great. Today his streak ended. He's got 40 degrees Celsius and looking back that will stay for about 2-3 days.

The Four Musketeers

I and Ramin was doing a special adventure today so all the cousins got to spend a day together. Today wasn't as warm as the past weeks but it's still okay. They all went to on of the nearby playgrounds to play, and from what I am told they had a great time :)

A Friend Over

Today we had a house guest :) His name's Ethan and is a friend from Milton and Denvers daycare. Mom and Ethan's mom are old friends from back in the days. Ethan stayed over the night and I must say he did it easy-peasy. He didn't seem to miss his mother at all :) I was told the boys played great all day long.
